I have a talent for translating these differentiators into compelling content that positions B2B products as value-driven solutions that solve real, identifiable business problems. Focusing on the “why” rather than the “what” drives my market research – and inevitably drives leads and sales.
Competing with over 6,000 entries, Precision Marketing & Communications (PMC) has been awarded three MarCom Awards in the categories of Branding, Design, and Creative.
Before starting PMC in 2006, I lead the marketing department for the payments division at MoneyGram International, including responsibility for the ExpressPayment® product as well as the development and launch of an electronic payments suite. At MoneyGram, I was awarded the Commitment to Excellence award, the company's highest employee honor.
As a consultant I've worked with companies such as Businessolver, Insurity, Janus Capital, MoneyGram, JPay, LCS Financial Services, and various start-ups. In 2017, I joined SpatialKey, a SaaS insurance technology company (insurtech). With consistent, creative, and thought leadership content marketing, I helped build SpatialKey's brand and reputation as a leader in the insurtech space – ultimately leading to its acquisition in late 2019 by Insurity.
At Insurity, I lead the go-to-market strategies and sales enablement for the company's suite of data analytics software solutions, creating critical messaging to unify and market several acquisitions under the Insurity Analytics umbrella. In 2021, I resurrected PMC and followed my passion to help people and businesses articulate and differentiate their unique brand and value propositions. Today, I'm content marketing strategist focused on B2B thought leadership content, including executive ghostwriting for C-level executives looking to amplify their personal and company brands.
I'm a mom of three and "Maker" Sparketype, which means I'm innately driven to create and make ideas manifest.
A Minnesota native, I graduated from the University of Minnesota with a B.A. in English. Eventually I traded (or escaped) the Minnesota winters for Colorado, but the Midwest girl lives on in my love of lakes and hockey.
When I'm not churning out content, I enjoy hiking, biking, snowshoeing, skiing, and family time in the Colorado mountains.
